Thinly sliced ham, BBQ pulled pork, and thick-cut bacon piled high on toasted sourdough bread with smoky cheddar, lettuce, Bermuda onion, and pickles. Served with one side (premium sides add 2).

House gumbo filled with andouille, shrimp, onions, peppers, carrots, and potatoes over white Jasmine rice. Finished with scallions. Served with side salad.
